Certified process
Calvi SpA ensures the physical and mechanical characteristics of its special profiles thanks to the prompt action of its internal laboratory, which is able to verify the performance levels by means of:
– technological tests (hardness, microhardness and traction)
– chemical analysis (by spectrographic process)
– metallographic tests (structure, decarburization and inclusions)
– non-destructive tests (magnetoscopic examinations, ultrasounds and penetrating liquids)
– surface tests (roughness)
The entire management of Calvi Spa production process is carried out in compliance with ISO 9001 and, for the automotive sector, with the requirements of the IATF 16949 scheme. We also have an environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001 and a health and safety management system in accordance with ISO 45001.
